Turnaround Time:
We have a seven (7) day turn around time on your logo design, which allows for research into trends and your industry, plus creative time. The turnaround time on your requested updates and/or changes are 24 hours, provided that the requests come in prior to 2pm on Thursdays, as our design team does not work Saturday and Sunday.
Honesty:
Remember, the more honest you are, the more happy you will be. We have been doing this a long time, and prefer to know exactly what you are thinking about the designs we present you. DO NOT spare our feelings!

How Do I receive my Files?
All finalized logo design files, in multiple formats are available for Instant Download upon finalization of the logo design project. These files are stored online for life, and you can download the files as often as you wish, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We offer Online storage for life in place of mailing CD’s, as there are so many mediums availble to use. Feel free to burn your own CD’s, DVD’s, Flashcards, Bubblechips, Bluechips, USB Keys, Digital Drives, Tapes, or any other storage medium that you have available to you after downloading from 300Bucks.ca.

Order Process:
When this item is purchased, the following procedure is followed to carry out your order:
1) Once your order is placed, and your auto-generated invoice is paid, we begin the research into the look of your new business identity image. Your assistance is needed at this stage – you will fill out a form providing information about our business or any ideas you have about your logo. 300bucks.ca will begin working on developing multiple logo concepts.
2) You will receive an automated email when your initial logo designs are completed. You can review them and choose the logo you wish to proceed with.
3) We will continue to work on your logo until you are satisfied with it.
4) Final logo design in camera ready digital formats are available to you once package design is completed. Digital files will be posted online for you to download.
5) 300Bucks.ca does not provide registration services, nor does it assume responsibility of an event of a plagiarized name, existing identity, or extreme logo similarity. However, in the event of this situation, we will modify the logo up to two alterations to correct and/or aid our customer for a time period of no more than 6 months of creating primary image. We suggest you register the logo with your state or province in order to protect its design. This will protect you from others copying its design. The final logo is property of the customer, although 300bucks reserves the right to display the logo on our web page or catalogue unless the owner specifically states otherwise in writing.
